After you place your order, our professional graphic designers review it. If they see anything that doesn’t look right, they’ll email you a few options (usually within 24 hours). Work with them until you’re happy.

On the next page, we'll ask whether you want changes. Our designers can help with layout, text and background removal, embroidery issues, font style and more. Unfortunately, we can't enhance low resolution images or relocate the decoration area. Once your changes have been made, we'll email you. Again, work with your designer until you're satisfied.
